自己紹介
人生の半分以上を海外で過ごし、モルディブ、イタリア、イギリス、トルコなどを拠点に、教育・研究・国際プロジェクト運営に携わってきました。観光業や国際マーケットリサーチの実務経験を経て大学教育の分野へ進み、起業家教育や地域イノベーションに関する研究を続けています。
2022年に帰国後は、地元・八戸を拠点に、地域と連携した実践的な教育活動に取り組んでいます。専門分野は、起業家教育、女性起業家研究、地域イノベーションです。特に、女性起業家の人的資本・社会関係資本、地域における起業家エコシステムの形成、人材育成と地域活性化に関する研究を行っています。
また、トルコでの大学勤務時代から、欧州連合（EU）のErasmus+事業やフランスのService Civiqueをはじめとする国際交流・ボランティアプログラムの運営に携わり、多くの海外学生や若者の受入れ・育成を担当してきました。日本では2024年度よりフランスのService Civiqueプログラムのメンターとして活動し、本学における海外ユースボランティアの受入れを通じて、国際交流と地域共創を結ぶ教育活動を推進しています。

未利用花材の活用を通じて、地域資源の循環と新たな価値創出を目指す実践型プロジェクト。 - ちゃんこ屋ろく 舘鼻朝市出店プロジェクト
地域事業者との連携による商品企画・販売実践を通じ、地域ビジネスと起業家精神を学ぶプロジェクト。 - 価値検証フィールドワーク（V2F）
地域課題を対象に仮説構築・検証を行い、新たな地域価値の可能性を探究するフィールドワーク型教育実践（神戸フィールドワーク＆第１３回イノベーション教育学会参加）。 - 第３７回 JAPAN DAY （米軍三沢基地内）パフォーマンス参加

- 氷都八戸をさぐる ― 学生主体・検証型まちづくりプロジェクト ―
八戸地域の「氷都」という歴史的・文化的資源に着目し、学生が主体となって地域価値の再発見と可能性の検証を行うプロジェクト。フィールドワークとアントレプレナーシップ教育を融合し、地域資源を活かした新たなまちづくりモデルの創出を目指している。 - 第３８回 JAPAN DAY （米軍三沢基地内）フラワーロスプロジェクト出店＆パフォーマンス補助
教育・研究への姿勢
地域を学びのフィールドと捉え、学生が主体的に課題を発見し、仮説を立て、実践を通じて検証しながら新たな価値を創造するプロセスを重視しています。教室での学びだけでなく、地域社会や企業、行政との協働によるプロジェクト型学習を通じて、課題解決力や挑戦する力を育むアントレプレナーシップ教育を実践しています。
研究面では、起業家教育、女性起業家研究、地域イノベーションを中心テーマとし、人材育成や地域活性化に関する実践的研究に取り組んでいます。特に、人的資本・社会関係資本が起業活動や地域発展に与える影響について、国際比較の視点を取り入れながら研究を進めています。
地域と世界をつなぐ実践的な学びの場を創出し、グローバルな視野と地域への深い理解・愛着を兼ね備えた人材の育成を目指しています。地域の未来を担う学生たちが、自ら考え、行動し、新たな価値を生み出せる力を身につけられるよう支援していきたいと考えています。
